#26 – Hungarian „Floating Island” recipe – Madártej recept

Come and cook with us the Hungarian floating island – In Hungarian: Madártej – alias bird’s milk.

Ingredients of Hungarian Floating Island
– 6 eggs
– 6+1 tbsp sugar
– 4 cup milk
– 1 tbsp vanilla sugar or extract
– lemon peel
Instruction to vanilla sauce: Do not let it boil. This prevents the eggs from scrambling. Keep stirring until you get a creamy content.

A madártej recept hozzávalói:
– 6 db tojás
– 7 ek cukor
– 2 csomag vaníliás cukor vagy 1 ek vanília kivonat
– reszelt citromhéj
– 1 liter tej
Az elkészítéskor ügyeljünk arra, hogy a vanília sodónkat ne forraljuk teljesen fel, amikor kezd sűrűsödni a mártásunk, vegyük le a tűzhelyről.
