Ajvar pašteta recept/najisplativiji i najbži od barene paprike

U mojoj straoj svesci za recepte ovaj recept upisan je kao pašteta ajvar.
Ovo nije klasičan ajvar koji se priprema samo od pečene paprike.
Jeftiniji je i brže se priprema.
Paprika koju koristimo je jeftinija i imamo veću količinu ajvara od manje paprika pošto je ne ljuštimo.
Idealno rešenje ukoliko niste u mogućnosti da pečete papriku.
Odličan je kao namaz i ima blaži ukus paprike u odnosu na ostale vrste ajvara.
Moja mama ga je pripremala svake godine i mogu reći da mi je bio omiljen.
Od zimnice uvek prvi nestane.

Za pripremu 9 tegli ajvara potrebno je:
– 10 kg sveže – 6,5 kg samlevene obarene paprike za turšiju (objašnjeno je u videu)
– 5 kg svežeg – 3,25 -3,5 kg samlevenog obarenog plavog patlidžana
Paprike bi trebalo da bude duplo više od parlidžana.
– 750 ml ulja
– 2 kašike soli ili po ukusu
– 3 kašike senfa
– 2 kašike šećera ili po ukusu

Rastvor:
4l vode
5 kašika šećera
5 kašika soli
3 kašike esencije
po želji kesica bibera u zrnu i nekoliko lovorovih listova.

Ajvar pate recipe / the most cost-effective and closest to boiled peppers

In my old recipe book, this recipe is written like ajvar pate.
This is not a classic ajvar that is prepared only from roasted peppers.
It is cheaper and faster to prepare. The paprika we use is cheaper and we have a larger amount of ajvar than less paprika because we do not peel it.
An ideal solution if you are not able to roast peppers.
It is excellent as a spread and has a milder taste of paprika compared to other types of ajvar.
My mom prepared it every year and I can say it was my favorite.
He always disappears first from the winter.

To prepare 9 jars of ajvar you need:
– 10 kg fresh – 6.5 kg ground pickled peppers for pickles (explained in the video)
– 5 kg of fresh – 3.25 ground boiled blue eggplant
Paprika should be twice as much as parlian.
– 750 ml of oil
– 2 tablespoons of salt or to taste
– 3 tablespoons mustard
– 2 tablespoons of sugar or to taste

Solution:
4l of water
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons of essence
optionally a bag of peppercorns and a few bay leaves.
