IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
sugar – 10 g (0.35 oz)
vinegar – 5 ml (1 tsp)
olive oil – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
water – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
red onion – 1 piece
