BAKLAVA – Najbolji recept, Kraljica slatkiša
Krenula je iz Arabije, osvajala sve na tom putu do naših domova.
Mene je osvojila još kad sam bila dijete.
Napravite je i vi.

RECEPT:
– 1kg jufki za baklavu
– 1kg oraha (700gr mljevenih i 300gr sjeckanih)
– 600g mascala
– 3 paketića vanilinog šećera

ŠERBET:
– 1,5 kg šećera
– 1L vode
– 3 paketića vanilinog šećera
Šerbet (agdu) kuhati 10 minuta na srednjoj temperaturi od momenta kada proključa.

Veličina pleha: 34×37 cm
Baklavu peći 90 minuta na 150°C.

Zaliti vruću baklavu toplim šerbetom.
Ostaviti da prenoći pa poslužiti.
