Beyond Bias: Rethinking Online Education Post-Pandemic by Xiaoyu

Abstract:
In this video, I explore the teaching and learning journey through the transition from offline to online throughout the pandemic. I share insights on the challenges teachers face with online engagement, frequent technical issues, and mixed parental views on online education. While many parents are concerned about screen time and responsibility, students appreciate the flexibility of online one-on-one tutoring. Based on my experiences and research, I argue that with thoughtful design and interactive tools, online learning can be as effective as traditional classrooms. This project encourages an open-minded view toward evolving educational approaches.
