Created as an alternative to commercial cinema and mainstream film festivals, our annual festival will promote film as an art form and honour the filmmakers and creators who make it all possible.
We are committed to:
Encouraging the work of independent filmmakers and promoting the concept of film as an art.
Providing a public forum for screening independent and experimental film.
Canadian Tamil Film Festival is initiated by the Arts/Culture Council of the Canadian Tamil Youth Alliance (CTYA).
