ČOKOLADNA BABKA – NAJBOLJI RECEPT – 😄❤️

Sastojci – ingrediants

Tijesto – dough
530 + gr brasna- flour – depending on the tipe of flour U can use up to 600 gr.
100 gr secera – sugar
1 vanil – vanilla sugar
10 gr instant kvasca – instant yeast
175 gr mlake vode – lukewarm water
3 jaja – eggs
150 gr maslaca – room temp butter
3 gr sitne morske soli – salt
– make the dough, put in oiled bowl and let it rest overnight in the fridge to cold fermentation.

Cokoladni nadjev – chocolate filling
120 gr maslaca – butter
190 gr tamne cokolade – dark chocolate
100 gr secera u prahu – icing sugar
40 gr kakaa- cacao
50 ml vrhnja za slag- whipping cream

Let it ferment for 1,5 to 2 hours on room temp until double in size.

Bake at 180* – for 30 min. Check with toothpick.

Sirup – syrup
80 gr vode – water
75 gr secera – sugar

Put hot syrup on hot babka.
