SASTOJCI – INGREDIANTS

BISKVIT- SPONGE
4 jaja- eggs
200 gr secera- sugar
150 gr brasna- flour
1 prasak za pecivo- baking powder
30 gr kakaa- dark cacao
1 zl vanil extrcta- tbsp of vanilla extract
3-4 zl kave- tbsp of coffee
Prstohvat soli- pinch of salt
100 ml ulja- oil
100 ml vruce vode- hot water
Bake at 180* about -10 min. Drizzle with milk.

KREMA- CREME
300 ml vrhnja za slag- whipping creme
400 gr tamne cokolade- dark chocolate
5 gr zelatine- gelatine soaked in 3 tbsp of cold water
+
200 ml vrhnja za slag- whipping cream
2 slag kreme cokolada- instant chocolate cream
