Did Human in Bear Costume Damage Cars for Insurance Scam?

A video showing a bear targeting three cars in California is allegedly a giant hoax. Authorities say it was actually a human wearing a bear costume that was using a sharp metal claw-like tool to scratch up the interior of the cars. Along with the bear costume, authorities say the suspects also used kitchen meat shredders to pull off the $141,000 insurance fraud claim. „Operation Bear Claw” led to the arrest of four suspects.
