You have probably seen a number of Holocaust movies. But you have never seen a film that looks and feels like Son of Saul. Set in Auschwitz in 1944, this is one man’s story and you are right there with him the entire time. The writer/director and cinematographer discuss with David Poland how they conceived the film and the look.
