Pisani recept:
– 500 gr. tankih kora za pitu
– 500 gr. jabuka
– 250 gr. suvih šljiva (može i sa džemom od šljiva)
– 200 gr. oraha
– 3 kašike ulja
– 300 ml. gazirane vode
– 2 kašike šećera
– 20 gr. vanilin šećera
– 3 kašike prezli
Još malo ulja za premazivanje umotanih štrudli.
Šljive prelijte vrelom vodom i ostavite deset minuta.
Usitnite orahe i šljive.
Izrendajte jabuke, dodajte ulje, šećer, prezle, vanilu. Promešajte.
Vodom poprskajte prve dve kore, na treću stavite 3 kašike jabuka. Prekrijte 4 korom, popsrkajte vodom pa uz kraj stavite fil od suvih šljiva. Umotajte kao rolat. Podmažite pleh uljem. Pite odozgo premažite uljem, isecite ih pa ostavite deset minuta da stoje. Za to vreme uključite rernu da se zagreje. Pecite ih na 200 stepeni dok ne porumene, oko 35 minuta. Pečene pite prekrijte krpom i osavite da stoji samo pet minuta. Pospite šećerom u prahu. Prijatno!

– 200 gr. walnut
– 3 tablespoons oil
– 300 ml. carbonated water
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 20 gr. vanilla sugar
– 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
A little more oil to coat the wrapped strudels.
Pour hot water over the plums and leave for ten minutes.
Chop walnuts and plums.
Grate apples, add oil, sugar, bread crumbs, vanilla. Stir.
Spray the first two peels with water, put 3 tablespoons of apples on the third. Cover with 4 crusts, sprinkle with water and place the prune filling at the end. Wrap like a roll. Grease the pan with oil. Coat the pies on top with oil, cut them and leave them to stand for ten minutes. During this time, turn on the oven to warm up. Bake them at 200 degrees until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Cover the baked pie with a cloth and let it stand for only five minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Pleasant!
