Priprema:
Papriku oprati i ocistiti. Zatim je iseci ili u kockice ili trake i slagati u tegle. Kad slozimo papriku staviti da prokuva voda, sirce, med, so, secer. Kad prokuva smesa dodati i vinobran. Dobijenu tecnost preliti preko paprika, pazljivo sipati u tegle da ne bi popucalo staklo. Ostaviti da odstoji 12 sati. Kad odstoje sipati ostatak tecnosti preko paprika jer kad odstoje upiju tecnost. Sipati do vrha tegli i zatim dobro zatvoriti tegle poklopcem. Zimnica je gotova i moze da stoji u teglama i preko godinu dana. Paprika ostane cvrsta i vrlo je ukusna.
