This Mary Oliver quote is a main theme throughout the movie, the answer to which is the key to happiness. Love in Store is different from the usual Hallmark movies, in a very good way. It is original, fun, creative and as always, carries a heart warming message. Terri (played by Alex Breckenridge) is a perfectionist, she seeks perfection because she fears if it is not perfect, she will not be loved for it. On the other hand, David (played by Robert Buckley) is more of a wild card, he doesn’t like to play by the rules too much and he likes to be spontaneous. The tension between the two characters is what makes the movie fun to watch, but when two realize how much they each embody the qualities that make each other better, it turns into a beautiful love story.
Both actors are fantastic, there are a lot of fun and romantic moments throughout the film. Just like many other Hallmark movies, there are very good messages for us viewers. Being imperfect is sometimes perfection, when you try so hard to do everything perfectly, you lose sight of who you really are.
