za ćevape i pljeskavice:
2 kg sitno mljevene junetine, teletine, ovčetine ili janjetine (najbolja kombinacija: 1,5 kg junetine ili teletine i 500 g janjetine ili ovčetine)
5 čehni bijelog luka
10 g sode bikarbone (ca. 2 kaškice)
20 g soli
100 ml vode
50 ml mineralne (gazirane) vode
1-2 kaškice bibera

Preljev za lepinje:
1 kocka goveđeg temeljca/supe
oko 300 ml vode

Za brzi kajmak:
250 g svježeg sira/krem sira
100 g maslaca na sobnoj temperaturi
120 g feta sira
100 ml vrhnja za kuhanje
3 kašike kiselog vrhnja
so po potrebi

Fil za punjene pljeskavice i ćevape:
120 g svježeg sira/krem sira
50 g feta sira

Fil br. 2 za pljeskavice:
100 g naribane mozzarelle
4-6 šampinjona

2 kg finely minced meat – veal, sheep or lamb (best combination: 1,5 kg veal and 500 g sheep or lamb)
5 garlic cloves
10 g or 2 tsp baking soda
20 g salt
100 ml water
50 ml sparkling mineral water

Potion for the flatbread:
1 cube beef bouillon
300 ml water

For the quick cream cheese (kajmak):
250 g cream cheese
100 g butter, room temp.
120 g feta cheese
100 ml double cream
3 tbsp sour cream
Salt

Filling for pljeskavica:
120 g cream cheese
50 g feta cheese

Filling nr. 2 for pljeskavica:
mozzarella
4-6 mushrooms
