RECEPT za kruh koji radim svaki dan!

200ml vode
3-4 grama suhog kvasca
300 g brašna
8 grama soli

Odvojiti par žličica vode (od 200ml) pa istopiti 8 grama soli.
U veliku zdjelu dodati vodu i kvasac, dobro promiješati.
Dodati 300 grama brašna (ako imate brašno za pizzu, ispadne još bolje).
Sve dobro promiješati (prvo vodu i brašno, pa dodati sol) i ostaviti preko noći da fermentira.
Ujutro, pobrašniti radnu površinu i istresti tijesto.
Presložiti tijesto i izrezati 3-4 komada.
Bitno je da loptice zategnete.
Pustiti da se tijesto odmori 30 minuta.
Loptice stisnuti rukom ili valjkom pa peći na laganoj vatri.
