Simple walnut cake recipe (Easy Gerbeaud cake), it became a holiday favorite in our home

The walnut cake is a family favorite, quick to make and very delicious. This walnut cake recipe is a great choice for holidays because it doesn’t require much effort, yet its taste is truly amazing. If you enjoy baking but are unsure what to make, this is worth trying. We simply call it ‘Easy Gerbeaud Cake (Zserbó)’ at our place because its flavor is quite similar, but with much less work.

Ingredients:

400 g flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
A little orange juice or lemon juice
250 g sugar
130 grams of ground walnuts
One teaspoon of cinnamon
130 grams of apricot jam
1 egg
50 ml oil
300 ml milk
100 g chocolate
