Follow these steps to block your Axis Bank credit card via the website:
Go to Support Home Page
Select „Block & Replace Your Debit/Credit Card”
Type in your registered mobile number
You will receive an OTP which you will have to enter
Select the card which you want to block
Select „submit”
The card will be blocked and also replaced
