Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Til (Sesame seeds) 250g
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
-Gur (Jaggery) 250g
Directions:
-In a wok,add sesame seeds,dry roast until fragrant & set aside.
-In the same wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add jaggery,mix well & cook until it turns thick & foamy (6-8 minutes).
-To check if syrup is ready, pour few drops in water if they dissolve, its ready to use.
-Add roasted sesame seeds & mix well.
-Let it cool for 5 minutes.
-With the help of greased hands & spoon,take small quantity of mixture (16g) & make balls of equal sizes (makes 30).
-Let them cool completely & store ladoos in airtight jar or container.

-Karahi mein til dal dein aur khushbu anay tak dry roast ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Gur dal ker ache tarhan mix karein,thick & foamy ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-To check if syrup is ready, pour few drops in water if they dissolve, its ready to use.
-Roasted til dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-5 minute kliya thanda ker lein.
-Greased hands aur spoon ki madad sa mixture ki small quantity (16g) lein aur ek jaisay sizes ki balls tayyar ker lein (makes 30).
-Completely thanda ker lein & ladoo ko airtight jar or container mein store ker sakray han.
