This is my favorite meal !when I go back to Macedonia my sister-in-law always makes it for me, but she makes it under metal. We call it Sach ,with burning
Wood , of course it taste better that way 

But today I decided to make it in my oven just to top burner on, on broil ,on low heat ,and I made it for Christmas Eve!
Since on January 7. It’s our Christmas ! Orthodox Christmas
and on Christmas Eve we eat lean food. ( Posno )
So I made this special food.
Next video will be vegan crêpes , chickpeas bread.  (Majalnik ) ( Nautnik) ,and much more traditional old-fashioned recipes.

The recipe is very simple. Make it like a pancake batter with just water, flour and salt. Mix it well.
 Put oil on the bottom of your baking pan ,and put it in the oven. Just the top burner on ,heat it well ,and put your first layer of the better, take it out put oil on the top, put another layer of the batter ,put it back in the oven, take it out. Put another layer, put oil on the top ,put another layer on it ,
bake it ,and you do that till all the better it’s finished. 
The last one of the better do not bake it too well done 
Just cut it however, you want it
change your oven baking on 375° with both burners on ,after it’s cut. Just put it back in the oven and bake it till golden Brown maybe
30 -40 minutes 
Take it out serve it and
enjoy it
